1. Scope and consent
Cookies are small data files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a choice without using a traditional cookie.
Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Web Analytics load or send requests only after a valid current Accept all choice. Rejecting non-essential cookies or accepting essential cookies only prevents this optional analytics. Essential website functions, forms, and direct contact remain available.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage supports requested site functions and is not used for advertising. Vipulse does not currently set unnamed security, load-balancing, or fraud-prevention cookies.
- vipulse_chat_identity: a first-party cookie set only after a successful website chat identity form submission, so the requested chat can remember the visitor for 30 days. It is HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax, Path=/, and Secure in production.
- vipulse-cookie-consent: a versioned local-storage record with the choice (essential, all, or rejected), the policy version, and a timestamp. If the record is missing, invalid, or the policy version changes, the banner is shown again.
- vipulse-form-client-id: a random local-storage identifier created when a public form or chat request needs a browser rate-limit id. It is sent as the x-form-client-id request header. It remains until you clear site data.
3. Optional analytics
With a valid current Accept all choice, Vipulse uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interaction patterns, and Vercel Web Analytics for cookieless page-view measurement. Contact, career, newsletter, and chat surfaces include explicit Clarity masking. Input boxes and drop-downs are also masked by Clarity's default behaviour.
Optional analytics may send data to Google, Microsoft, and Vercel, which may process data outside the EEA. You can refuse optional analytics using Review cookie choices. Questions about a specific transfer can be sent to info@vipulsetech.com and are also covered in the Privacy Notice.
Provider behaviour and browser restrictions can shorten the periods shown below. Third-party cookies cannot always be deleted by this website.
- _ga and _ga_<container-id>: Google Analytics first-party cookies. Vipulse configures a maximum lifetime of 13 months from when they are first set, and does not refresh that expiry on later visits.
- _clck and _clsk: Microsoft Clarity first-party cookies used to associate visits and page views with a pseudonymous browser and session after Accept all.
- CLID: a third-party Microsoft Clarity cookie that Microsoft may set after Accept all.
- Vercel Web Analytics: no cookie. After Accept all, the site sends a first-party cookieless page-view request. Vercel documents a request-derived daily visitor hash that is discarded after 24 hours.
4. Changing your choice
Use Review cookie choices on this page to withdraw optional analytics. Withdrawal records the change by clearing the versioned consent record, stops future optional analytics, clears removable first-party analytics cookies where technically possible, and reloads the page without those optional scripts.
This website cannot delete third-party cookies set by Google or Microsoft. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Removing vipulse_chat_identity means the website will no longer reconnect that browser to its remembered chat identity.
Optional analytics remains disabled unless the current consent record is a valid Accept all choice.
