Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on vipulsetech.com, why they are used, how long they may remain, and how you can control optional analytics.

This document is a practical website template based on Vipulse's current services and technical setup. Vipulse should have Hungarian legal counsel confirm company-law details, retention periods, and processor terms before treating it as final legal advice.

1. Scope and consent

Cookies are small data files stored by a website in a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a choice without using a traditional cookie.

Vipulse loads optional analytics only after you select “Accept all”. Rejecting non-essential cookies or accepting essential cookies only does not prevent access to the website, forms, or direct contact options.

2. Essential storage

Essential storage supports requested site functions and is not used for advertising.

  • vipulse-chat-browser: a secure, HTTP-only, same-site identifier that reconnects your browser to the contact details and chat history you asked Vipulse to remember. It expires after 30 days.
  • vipulse-cookie-consent: a local-storage value that remembers whether you selected essential, all, or rejected. It remains until you clear site data or review your choice.
  • Security, load-balancing, or fraud-prevention storage may be set temporarily by the hosting infrastructure when strictly necessary to deliver the website.

3. Optional analytics

With your consent, Vipulse uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interaction patterns, heatmaps, and reconstructed sessions. Form and chat field contents must be masked or excluded from analytics capture.

Provider behavior and browser restrictions can shorten the periods shown below.

  • _ga: distinguishes Google Analytics users; Google documents a default expiry of up to 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id>: preserves Google Analytics session state; Google documents a default expiry of up to 2 years.
  • _clck and _clsk: Microsoft Clarity first-party cookies used to associate visits and page views with a pseudonymous browser and session.
  • Microsoft may use additional operational cookies described in its current Clarity cookie documentation.

4. Changing your choice

You may review your Vipulse cookie choice at any time using the control on this page. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Removing the chat identifier means the website will no longer reconnect that browser to its remembered chat identity.

Browser-level blocking may affect some requested features. Optional analytics remains disabled unless the current consent choice is “all”.
